Pallet Adhesive Screen Printing
This adhesive is specifically designed for securely holding textiles, thin substrates, and even plastics in place on printing pallets during the screen-printing process.
It eliminates the need for expensive vacuum tables to maintain registration. This pallet adhesive provides consistent registration without transferring to the garment. A single application may hold hundreds of garments before it is necessary to reapply.
Unlike spray adhesive, it is user friendly — just card or brush it on. This eliminates waste, keeps machines cleaner, and prevents aspiration of the spray by the operator.
Usage
Clean and dry the platform, then coating it evenly by modulate ink knife.
Once total dried, then it can be covered with cloth for printing and stamping.
1.1Lb (0.5kg) / bottle
Notes
1. Wipe the dirt with hot towel or polish the non-stick glue surface with water or “sandpaper” for repeated use.
2. Clean the pallet with hot water adding a small amount of detergent, scrub it with alcohol, or eradicate it by modulate ink knife for repeated use.
3. Sealed greenhouse storage with 32F-104F ( 0-40 ℃) room temperature.
